We had a delightful stay at the Silver Beach II Villa. the caravan was clean, cosy, and located in a lovely quiet spot close to the beach and entertainment. the beds were comfortable, and all the essentials needed for our stay were provided. the contactless key collection and great communication from the owner throughout our stay were much appreciated. the caravan's proximity to local amenities and parking right outside were also a plus. We booked last minute and had a great experience. We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😄.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and with plenty of activities to do in the area. the caravan itself was well-designed, providing a comfortable and spacious layout that didn't feel cramped. the owner went above and beyond by providing us with useful equipment and quickly responding to any queries we had. We also appreciated the extra heaters that were provided, ensuring a cozy stay during the Christmas season.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. there was no internet access due to issues with the wifi signal in the area.

Despite a minor issue with the second door, the owner was informed and was responsive. We would definitely stay again for a longer period.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The caravan provided all the basics we needed, like pots, pans, and cutlery. It was also conveniently located, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance.

The window blinds were dusty and greasy, triggering my allergies. The air vent was clogged with cobwebs, and the kitchen leaked badly during heavy rain, causing damage to my belongings.

The stay was amazing! The cozy and clean mobile home was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and provided all the information I needed. The location of the van was convenient and easy to find. It was situated in a great site, close to shops, arcades, and places to eat. Plus, it was just a short drive away from Skegness if we wanted more to do. a fantastic experience that I would definitely repeat!

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. When we first arrived, the outside bin hadn't been emptied and there was some rubbish left by the previous guests.
